Deepender Datt Sharma "Deepak" is a renowned singer from Delhi Gharana who learnt singing under the guidance of Ustad Naseer Ahmed Khan Sahib known as 'Taan Samrath'. He is a performing artist since 1985. He has been giving stage performances in Indian Classical Vocal constantly.

Mr. Sharma has performed in diverse classes of music. He is a versatile singer. Either it is pure classical ( Khyaal, Dhrupad, Dhamar etc.) or light classical (Thumri, Bhajans etc.) or purely light ( Sai bhajans, Nigun Bhajans, Krishna Bhajans, Devi Bhet etc.) , he has delighted the audience with his voice. He has performed in almost all types of music programmes like Ghazal concerts, Sai Bhajans, Nigun Bhajans, Krishna Bhajans, Jagrans, Chowki etc.

He has been running Devashram Sangit Mahavidyalaya, a premier music coaching institute since 1982 which provides platform to the young talent. The institute is affiliated to Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad which provides students with the degree course.
